By creating an account or using Targlo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of the application immediately.

2. Modifications and Updates

Targlo reserves the right to update, modify, or upgrade the application at any time, with or without prior notice, depending on the urgency of the changes. Users will be informed of significant updates through appropriate communication channels, such as email or in-app notifications.

3. Subscription Packages

• Access to Targlo’s services is determined by the subscription package you purchase.
• Upon expiration of your package, access to the application will be revoked unless a new package is purchased.
• The services provided under each package are outlined on the Pricing page. Users agree to utilize only the features available in their selected package.

4. Corporate Service Agreements

Corporate clients subscribing to 12-month dedicated plans will operate under a Service Level Agreement (SLA). These agreements are tailored to meet specific client requirements and outline the commitments of both the client and Targlo.

5. Proper Use of the Application

• Users agree to use Targlo in a professional and ethical manner.
• Misuse of the application, including but not limited to spamming, harassment, or unauthorized use of features, will result in account termination without notice.

6. YouTube Data API Scopes

By using Targlo, you grant the application permission to access specific scopes of the YouTube Data API as authenticated by you. This access is essential to provide the services outlined in your selected package.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, features, and functionality of Targlo, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos, are the exclusive property of Targlo and its licensors.
• Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or exploiting any part of the application without prior written consent from Targlo.

8. Limitation of Liability

Targlo shall not be held liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

9. Termination of Services

• Targlo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or unethical practices.
• Upon termination, all rights to access the application and its services will cease immediately.
